Pandit Neil Dev Persad Ji serves as a humble instrument of Sanatan Dharma—awakening inner transformation and self-realization by seeing the Divine in all, through devotion, love, compassion, unity, and selfless service. Born in Trinidad and Tobago, West Indies, he formally trained under his father, the late Sri Pandit “Teacher” Toolsie Dass Persad Ji—an esteemed Ramayana scholar who received blessings from Bhagavan Sri Sathya Sai Baba in Puttaparthi during the early 1980s—as well as his revered Guru, Pandit Rampersad Tewari Ji. Drawn by a deep inner calling to Swami’s universal message, Pandit Neil Dev Ji’s spiritual path matured in the early 2000s, shaping his lifelong mission of sharing the ideals of unity, love, and selfless service across cultures and continents.
Pandit Neil Dev Ji travels extensively throughout North America, the Caribbean, and beyond, offering devotion in the form of Ramayana Satsangs, Yagyas, Pujas, Sai Rama Kathas, and spiritual discourses rooted in the timeless teachings of Sanatan Dharma. During the global pandemic, he founded and hosted the widely embraced ‘live’ spiritual series Shivoham – Universal Healing Through Oneness, providing a virtual sanctuary of devotion and connection for seekers worldwide. His leadership and service extend to several respected institutions, including his role as Spiritual Advisor to the Devi Mandir in Pickering, Ontario, Canada, the Hindu Spiritual Care Institute (HCI) in California, USA, and as President of Divali Nagar USA—underscoring his commitment to community upliftment and intergenerational spiritual education.

A gifted musician and vocalist, he has performed alongside legendary artists such as Anup Jalota, Anuradha Paudwal, and the late Sri Hari Om Sharan Ji. Through sacred music, scripture, and discourse, his service reflects the eternal principle of “Love All, Serve All,” inspiring audiences to cultivate an inner Ayodhya or Prasanthi Nilayam—a state of peace, devotion, and conscious living—as he bridges eternal spiritual teachings with the needs of today’s global community.
